The KAWEFLEX Servo and VFD cables are optimized for variable frequency drives, offering double shielding for EMC performance and resistance to harsh conditions. Servo cables provide precise control of position, speed, and torque that servo motors require, transmitting both power and feedback signals between the servo drive/controller and servo motor. VFD cables connect a VFD to an AC motor, allowing the motor’s speed and torque to be controlled by varying the frequency and voltage of the electrical supply.
Servo Cables Applications:
-
Robotics and automated machinery
-
Packaging and printing equipment
-
Textile and paper machinery
-
Assembly lines and conveyors
VFD Cables Applications
-
Pumps, fans, and compressors
-
Material handling equipment
-
HVAC systems in industrial facilities
-
Mining, oil and gas, and heavy industries
5. Profinet Cables:
TKD’s Profinet Cat5e cables are designed for industrial Ethernet networks, featuring double-shielded SF/UTP construction for EMI protection. With compliance to international standards, these cables ensure reliable data transmission for PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
